Great car shopping today! Stopped in for a quick test drive of the MKX and had a great no pressure experience. I went in to see a great sales person that I bought an mkz from a few years ago, Khalil Benazouz. He’s great and let us look while he helped another customer. While looking Samantha Thompson ventured out into our Houston heat and greeted me. She gave us amazing attention and took us on a test drive too. I was so pleased with the experience I hope the MKX is the suv I choose because I know the purchase process will be just as smooth and no nonsense. Thanks!

I bought my first car here! It was my absolute pride and joy. Patrick helped me pick something out. He was extremely patient and attentive. After purchasing my car, I had an issue with my tire losing air and they looked at it and fixed it free of charge. Messed up my rim and that cost me a good $ 700 but what can you expect with a luxery vehicle. Received wonderful service here and will be back for my next car.

As usual service is great. Had to come in for oil change and they had a car ready for me. Car was washed when we got back, very nice!

If you want to purchase a new Lincoln, West Point Lincoln is the place to go! I went to West Point Lincoln to purchase a new 2015 Lincoln MKC at the end of April 2015.
My experience did not start off so great, but I could not be happier with the way it ended. I started working with a salesman named Khalil. He let me take one of the new MKCs on an overnight test drive — this allows you to really get to know the vehicle. After having the MKC for a night, I knew it was the car I wanted to buy. Khalil gave me an excellent deal on a beautiful white MKC with a white sands leather interior. I signed the paperwork and wrote a check. I expected to pick up the MKC the next day, since I had purchased the Xzylon leather sealant and the car needed to be cleaned to perfection before I picked it up. This is when Khalil seemed to do a 180; he started to get extremely pushy. He insisted that I drive the car off the lot that day and rushed the cleaning and application of the Xzylon. I reluctantly drove the car, whom I named Snowflake, home and noticed that not only was the outside dirty and covered in spots, but also the leather on the inside had brown stains that looked like fingerprints from the workers cleaning the car and applying the sealant. I was beyond appalled. I brought the car back the next day and showed Khalil all of the spots and dirt. He told me that he didn’t see anything, trying to make me feel like I was crazy. In his rush to get me off the lot, he had ruined my perfect Snowflake by sealing in the dirt and putting Xzylon on the plastic (where it doesn’t belong), leaving horrible spots. I was literally in tears. Thankfully, I found out that Khalil does not at all represent this dealership’s sales philosophy.
Teary eyed, I asked to speak to a manager. The sales manager, Bob Cesca, was so caring. He listened to all of my concerns and made me feel totally validated. Although I had already signed and paid for the white MKC, Snowflake, when I told Bob that I just couldn’t take that car and that I felt cheated and lied to. He didn’t even question me. He brought me into his office and said that we would find the exact car that I wanted and I wouldn’t have to worry about the ruined Snowflake any longer. He didn’t want me to take home a car I wasn’t happy with. I told Bob about all the lies Khalil told me and pressure he put on me, and Bob said Khalil would be dealt with internally for violating the standards of the dealership — I sincerely hope Khalil is fired so no one has to go through what I went through. I no longer wanted a white interior, as I saw how easily it gets stained. Bob recommended the beautiful, unique, and rare Espresso brown interior. Once I saw it in person, I fell in love. He looked through inventories of other dealerships and was prepared to set up a dealer trade to get me anything I wanted — at first I thought I wanted another white MKC with the same features and the Espresso interior. He then asked me if I had seen the silver sands metallic color, which is a silver that shines gold when in sunlight. I hadn’t. He said that they had just gotten an MKC on their lot with the rare Espresso interior and a silver sands exterior. When I saw the color combination, I was instantly in love. This MKC was a much more expensive model than the one I had purchased from Khalil, with the addition of all wheel drive and other features. I was so appreciative when Bob said he would sell this fresh off the truck, fully loaded, AWD MKC for the price of the ruined white MKC Khalil had sold me. I didn’t even need to write a new check.
Bob Cesca went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Despite the fact that I had purchased the white MKC, they let me return it without question and sold me a much more expensive MKC for the exact same price I had paid for the white MKC with much fewer features. Since I had done some awesome bargaining for the white MKC, the silver sands MKC was a total steal. I feel like I got such an awesome deal. After Khalil ruined things, Bob was no longer concerned about making money, just about making me happy. Additionally, Jerry Keller did an excellent job teaching me how to use all of the features on my new silver sands MKC and has been available every time I have called the dealership with a question about how to work a feature, since the car is basically a computer.
I have already recommended West Point Lincoln to multiple friends, one of whom will be purchasing an MKC there next month! Bob Cesca and his team have true integrity. I could not be happier with my new MKC. But still, avoid Khalil, a liar and a cheat, at all costs — I sincerely hope he has been removed from that sales floor! 5 stars for the dealership because they took a financial hit to make me happy, and I now have the absolute perfect car. I came in to the dealership in tears, and left the dealership with the biggest smile! I couldn’t be happier with my amazingly perfect MKC!

Just got our 2008 MKX back and I am saisfied by the great accomodation and service I got from Sammy and Arthur, after learning my situation they gave me a service loaner a 2015 MKZ ,

Best car buying experience. I was recently in the market to buy, after doing my due diligence I had found the car and place, navigator L at West Point Lincoln. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by Carlos Mira, it was a friendly greeting, not an «I need to sell you something» greeting. He was very nice, had conversations with me as well as my sister who was with me! I told about the car I had seen online and he told me about some others that were not online but I may be interested in. No sooner than that, he had all the keys and we were off to the lot! Not once did I feel pressured, as I told him the things I did not like he just crossed the vehicles off the list. Soon after seeing them all we were off to test drive (the original vehicle j had seen) and after that we started the buying process! I was told exactly what they were doing the entire time, from financing to the vehicle being fueled and washed for departure! I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and have even already done so. I will be going back for my next car! I had the most positive experience this past weekend at West Point. I had the chance to test drive the new MKX and loved the features. Carlos, the manager, was so personable and made me feel so at ease. They truly work as a team there and take all the thought out of the car shopping experience. I would recommend West Point to anyone in the Houston area.
