If I could put a negative 100 stars I would. Allied(who they represent) have the world wide contract for ExxonMobil so we had no choice in who to use. We had things in storage with them since 2004. They discovered carpet beetles in our storage in their facility in 2010 and never informed anyone. They spent $ 153 spraying for coach roaches which didn’t do anything. We lost many things and their response is that we have Exxon insurance. We discovered many wet boxes and some things that were re silted without our knowledge in 2012. They can’t say why. It’s been a series of lies and deceit. If carpet Beatles are in an unsealed vault, we are not the only one with the problem! We had 11 vaults with them! I would never use them again! They also use contract laborers without paying benefits. Nor do their workers get trained in black mold or larva hair inhalation dangers.

I regret leaving a one-star review for these folks as I had an amazing experience with them a few years ago. However, things didn’t go so well this time around. Before I get into the negatives I’d like to compliment the packers/loaders and the drives/unloaders. Both crews were professional. Nothing broken or missing. Now to the problems: 1. Packers showed up on the WRONGDAY. 2. The company tried to BILLUS $ 100 for rescheduling the packers(even though it was their mistake in scheduling). 3. Our stuff didn’t show up during the promised delivery window. In fact, it HADNOTEVENBEENLOADED onto a moving van from their local warehouse three days prior to the END of the delivery window. 4. Staff was UNAPOLOGETIC in regards to these problems and made no offer to help get our stuff on time. 5. Emailing and phoning Allied corporate VPs was the only way to get satisfaction.
