Picked up dinner for my mother and I at this location and we both got sick the next day. She had only eaten half her burger, so when I looked at the meat it was very dark and didn’t look fresh at all. Wish I would have noticed this before we had ate that mess! Never again Whataburger! I should have known better in the first place as I have heard plenty of bad reviews about this location from family, co workers and friends.

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat before heading towards the airport. The burger was huge. It was like eating two burgers. Anyway, the burger comes with lettuce, pickles and mustard(I’ve been told the mustard is a southern thing). The fries were crunchy(always a plus). The medium drink was really super sized extra large… I kinda of wonder how big is the large cup. I got the unsweetened tea but it tasted like sweet tea… that’s ok. I think. Diabetes… meh. The best part was a nice person brings your lunch to the table. Not bad for a fast food joint!

I usually enjoy my WB but this place was bad. My order way wrong, bun was stale and burger meat was not good. I’ll avoid this place next time I’m in Houston

If you plan to use the drive-thru, plan ahead. Maybe pack something to eat while you wait in line. Fries got cold(guess they waited a long time too), but otherwise food wasn’t bad. It’s still Whataburger.

I finally tried one. Was near the Hilton I was staying at, across from the Greenspoint Mall. It was ok, a little bigger then our In N Out burgers.

Whenever flying into Houston via GBIAH, I get a rental car and this is the 1st stop I make… even before Mom’s :) Why don’t we have these in the Chicago market? The best fast food burgers ever! Fresh ingredients, prepared to order, and not tiny like McD’s. These are Texas-sized burgers.
