White Space

I’ve been by here a couple of times. On my latest exploration of white linen nights I was able to stumble upon this hidden away space. I was curious and wanted to see what was this space behind sucre sale and tacos a go go.
It’s actually much bigger than I expected. First off, there is a HUGE patio area. Then when you enter there is a big lobby and reception area. Once inside there are magnitude of work spaces along with conference areas.
On this particular night they had many art pieces to be gazed upon.
But on their normal days, this «white space» is a co-​working space that can be rented out for the day or much longer.
What a freaking cool concept! It is a great way to have an office space, without having an office space for a potential new start up or just your side gig.
It beats the heck out of trying to conduct a meeting at starbucks. The wifi is fast and the space is clean and organized.

As an entrepreneur I absolutely love The White Space! It’s a great space that’s open, centrally located, quiet (no more coffee grinders when meeting a Client) and great memberships rates that fit your budget! It feels good to tell existing and future Client (s) «You can meet me at our office! We office out of The White Space located at 2914 White Oak in the Heights!» People are always impressed when they come to the location that has been architecturally designed by the Proprietor James Phelan; who always greets you with a warm smile when you walk in the door! Great perks include mail delivery, WiFi, Printing and meeting/​working with other Business Owners who office there as well. Hint: Collaborative Work Space!
