I spilled juice on my laptop and tried to clean the keyboard myself by disassembling it. It worked for a day but the mouse pad stopped working. After shutting it down, it would no longer turn on. I had voided my warranty by opening it and wanted to take it somewhere that would not be crazy expensive but still good service. Anyway, their old location, «Laptops of Houston,» had great reviews so I brought it here on a Friday. I asked them if it was the same staff and they said yes. It was $ 25 for them to take a look/​diagnostic at my laptop. They were honest and said there was a good chance the damage may have gone to the motherboard. They told me they would give me a call on Monday. They did call me on Monday and said it was ready for pick up. They got my laptop up and running with a working mouse pad as well. I was so happy because I have had this laptop less than a year and I really needed it for school. It was $ 125 and their service was excellent.
