Wilson Elementary School

Wilson Elementary School is a glowing example of how public education can be done right.
Each week, my daughter comes home with a weekly schedule and the teachers do so much to make sure the parents are informed on what is going on in the classroom. Even though the school has almost 1000 students, they still find the time to make you feel your child is special when you go to visit.
Initially, I was wary of public education so my daughter spent a year at another school that did a poor job of educating her. Once I switched her to Wilson Elementary I realized how much she’d been missing out on while in the charter school. Wilson has impressed me again and again over the past few years and I am happy to have my daughter there.
I feel so lucky to have such a great school near my home. A child’s education is a priority and one of the most important things you can give them. Wilson Elementary is doing an excellent job of making sure my daughter, as well as all of the other students, is getting a foundation that will benefit them throughout her life.
