Terrible customer service. We called in an order for lunch to be picked up for the office. Three combo meals, when we went to pick it up they said they threw out the order because they did not know if it was traditional or boneless (they never asked). They claimed to have called back but it was the wrong number because someone answers and it wasn’t me. So they just threw it away thinking when someone came to pick it up they could remake it right then during a packed lunch rush.

Love wingstop. They were quick and the food is awesome. We stopped in to order and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The fries were phenomenal, as was the Cajun rub and the original hot.

The restaurant needs more help. Very slow service. For the amount of waiting I did for the food I purchased (6 wings and fries), it was not worth the wait-​especially when the wings were not completely cooked. The chicken that was used was also very bloodshot and red when you bite into it. Not appetizing at all. Because I was so far away from the restaurant, I decided to just cook the wings so more at home. The taste of the sauces on the wings were great, but the chicken needed more cooking time. In addition, the fries tasted quite old. Overall, not looking to come back to wing stop because of this experience.
