RUDE! staff is inconvenienced by customers it seems. Sakowitz appraisal on my furs was 26k the gentleman at wollfs offered 100 each and was beyond rude through the process.

I just called to ask if they take saxophones and the guy who answered was very rude. He asked what kind and I explained to him that I wasn’t sure what kind it was and if I could at least bring it for him to see it. He then asked if it was a beginners and I told him I wasn’t sure and that I bought it for my daughter for school. He basically told me that it was a beginners without him even taking out the time to let me come up there so he can see it for himself to know whether or not it is. Then he told me he would not buy it from me and never gave me a changed. And again, this was all in just a phone call. Who brushes someone off without even letting them bring the item in so that they could take a look at it first. What a way to run a business, What kind of bougie pawn shop is this??? Very bad customer service! I would NEVER refer anyone to go there!

If your looking for great experience, good product and an amazing staff, you will find it all at Wolf’s. Head there with the best intentions to find people who have worked their for years for their product knowledge and expertise, customer service, loyalty to the establishment and growth of the immediate community. I have been going there since I was born though… So at 30, I’m still a loyal customer!
