I called and spoke to one of their employees about booking a birthday party for my son. She gave me all of the details and took my $ 440.00 deposit and said I would receive an email with all of the information. I waited 24 hrs and still no e-​mail. I called and come to find out the girl that booked my party gave me incorrect information and the party we had discussed would now cost me an additional $ 320.00. They would not honor the pricing, it was either pay the difference or get a refund. What kind of customer service is that! Imagine if I would not have called them back I would have not found out until the day of the event. I had already ordered custom invitations and a cake. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible.

Went here with my 14 month old and a mommy friend. The kids enjoyed it! The place was huge and the facility was very clean. I couldn’t help but notice that most of the moms were uninvolved and were opting to play on their phones opposed to watching the kids. There were a couple kids that I had to ask not to take toys away from my kid. I was very shocked at the lack of involvement provided by the parents.

This is a fun place to take your children but take wipes, sanitizer, and a jacket (very cold)
The bathrooms are not clean so go before you play
when it is busy it is crazy
slow days are the only times I will take kiddos to this place

We had a party for our sons’ 1^st and 5^th Birthdays.
Pros:
— great play area — we had guests from 1 to 10 years old and they all had fun!
— our party guests loved the bubbles at the end of play time (additional fee)
— party hosts were very helpful and friendly — special thanks to them!
— spacious party room
— convenient
Cons:
— front desk service is clearly a development area. No guidance, no warm welcome — just handed us paperwork and answered our questions in a very unwelcoming way. It was our first time doing party at their facility and we had no idea how exactly it works, where to go or where to send our guests to play
— the play area and party room were not ready on time — our guests and entertainers had to stay at the front door and wait… It was all a bit hectic and unpleasant experience!
— they do not have fridge and cakes were out for the whole play time (we had 1 hour)
— the front desk lady told us to bring our drinks and party settings and leave them by the front door while waiting for the room to be ready. I would expect them to send someone to help! Instead of greeting our guests my husband had to carry water packs and other boxes!
— they refused to provide a small table that our entertainers needed for face painting. The lady at the front desk was unwilling to find a solution (a block? cart?) and overall had a snappy attitude!
Once we finally got a room and the play area, we had a great party experience!
I probably would recommend the facility if they manage to improve their front desk service!

Fun place for climbing babies and toddlers! Good set up for parents who like to let their kids have «free play»
2-​star review because every single time we have come and paid a high price to play, my kids have gotten sick a few days later.

Ok the place is fantastic. However they don’t let you leave and come back. For $ 30.00 for 2 kids. The fact that you can’t leave and come back does not seem fair and just. They should definitely consider changing this policy.

My two boys love Wonder Wild! Intake them as much as I can. You do have to watch out for bullying by other kids.
Membership works out better for us then paying per visit!

We love this place. It’s large enough to not seem overcrowded, and small enough to where you can relax and keep tabs on your child at all times. I like that there are two sections with age-​appropriate toys and structures. You don’t have to worry about your little one trying to scale something that’s too big for them, and you don’t have to worry about big kids plowing down the little kids. They do not serve food, which means you’ll have to pack a lunch, and don’t forget your kiddo’s socks.

Pretty fun place. 6 year old daughter loves it. Gets pretty busy so come early. Bring water because they get quite the workout.

Hosted my 3 year olds bday here and it was absolutely wonderful! So easy, the staff is very helpful and the place is clean. Love the idea of having it private just for your guests. Everyone had a great time, including the parents, and no one seemed bored. It was nice to just lt your kids run and enjoy themselves!
It can get a bit pricey but it’s very well worth it. I recommend to «keep the party» going add on. It may seem a bit much but when the garage doors are closed the kids start to get antsy and the party rooms aren’t that big. We were in there before our party started for just a few minutes and they were so ready to get out there. I can’t imagine closing them and not letting them run free. It’s worth it, trust me!

Management here is non-​responsive and customer service is not a concern. I had a 10-​visit gift pass and was told after my first visit by someone working the front desk that she had entered me in the system so she didn’t need my card anymore. The second time I went, they said I could go on through and they didn’t need to see my card at all. This time, they told me that they don’t keep track of the gift pass card so I would have to pay. I didn’t have the card anymore after my last visit, so I couldn’t provide it. They kept trying to accuse me that this has always been there policy so no way would someone have said they put me in their system. They would not provide me with the owner’s information to contact and file a complaint. I asked for a complimentary pass or something since I discarded the gift pass PER THEIR EMPLOYEE’S INSTRUCTION, but they said they couldn’t do it. Their reasoning was that there have been people who have lost their card after 1 use and that’s just too bad, there’s nothing they can do.
Whoever the owner is of this franchise cares about nothing but taking your money. The facility is overrun, crowded, and there are no monitoring staff to make sure younger kids don’t get hurt or run over by the older kids.
AWFUL business model. Don’t expect ANY customer service.

This place is pretty chill for a bday party. We just hosted my sons party at ChuckECheese and it was mass chaos but I digress. My 18 month old and especially my 3 year old LOVED Wonderwild. I really like how large it is and how many activities the little ones can choose from. Everyone seemed to have great time and no one was bored.
I think I would avoid coming here during open play until my 18 month old gets a little older though. With no staff to monitor the going ons of the facilities I can see how the little ones may get bullied by older kids who are not in their designated area. Many parents don’t watch their kids and I would be too nervous with crowds of people here BUT for private B-​Day parties this place can’t be beat!

I think I might just move in with my 4 & 2 year old. This place is AWESOME for the kids to lose their minds running around climbing and jumping and crawling and sliding. Why in the world didn’t these sort of places exist when I was a young indoor type kid?! Perfect place to go when the weather is wonky. We will be back soon and often.

REALLY liked it here. I live in cypress, so I usually go to the woodlands location. I love this location because it caters to big kids and little kids — which has kept me from renting it out for a birthday party in the past. I wish we had a location like this on our side of town. Lucky Houstonians!

BEWARE — we booked a party for our 5 year old 5 months in advance. One week later we asked to cancel as our daughter decided she wanted a different type of party. Wonderwild refused to refund one penny of a $ 285 deposit they had charged on a credit card. We were shocked by how unfriendly and inflexible they were on the issue. Beware!

Great play space and climbing area for kids. I have a 3 and 1 year old. Everything seemed clean. My 3 year old loves the bikes you can ride on under the jungle gym. The staff has not always been the nicest unfortunately.

I had a party planned for Wonderwild and then my one year old got the flu and a double ear infection and they would not reschedule and still charged us a $ 100 cancellation fee even after we said we would have our other child’s birthday there in December. I guess I was supposed to risk giving our 30 party guests plus all the other kids who came there after us the flu! I would never have a party there. I understand enforcing a contract if I just backed out, but we provided medical documentation. Greedy, uncaring, and negligent in my opinion.

This is a money making pit especially during summer time. They have moved from the old location to the front facing N. Shepherd with two separate area for older (Wonderwilder) and younger (Wonderwild) kids. However, they didn’t have a staff to monitor the entrance to both areas, which mean if your kids are younger than 5 they can easily open the door and go to Wonderwilder and like wise.
No staff to monitor or supervise the unruly kids at both areas. Yes, they did post the rules and regulations but majority of the moms were busy chatting instead of monitoring their kids. This place is a hazardous to toddlers especially summer time. In addition, some of the toys is not working and they should at least make sure the toys are in working conditions or replace them when they have such a high profit margin. I don’t know whether they sanitize the toys from time to time like tots spot at the children’s museum. and the whole area when they closed by end of the day.
I will not go back again until the school starts to avoid the crowd. I must applaud them for the new design for both kids group though. At least they are better than Stomping Ground in Sugarland.

I have been here a few times. And my kids love it.
It is simple, it’s a large area broken into 2 sections (young kids/​toddlers and older toddlers), lots of toys/​activities/​climbing structures/​slides/​etc that kids can run around and have fun. There is no real supervision except by the parents. Some parents are not observant, so expect some kids to get bumped, pushed around, etc.
Also it can get crowded. So I be watch out for some kids that are sick and their parents do not care if their kids are spreading an illness or something. Also I would bring a lot of purell.
It’s a great place when the weather is bad or hot outdoors. I recommend it if you have young kids.

–Has a dining area, where families can eat their snacks or packed lunches
–Drinks are available for $ 1 each
–Play areas include climbing structures, giant slides, air-​filled, tarpaulin «jumping pillows», tricycle racetracks, oversized; squishy; foam-​filled cushions for climbing & sitting on, a toddler-​sized ball pit, books, play kitchens w toy food & kitchenware, a play workbench, a ball slide w balls, puzzles, action playsets, & a few baby-​toddler toys.
–Benches are available for adults
–There is plenty of space for kids to run around — a great place for kids to get some exercise, especially on hot &/​or rainy days.
–Stuff is generally in good nick, however, there are few toy vehicles for use with car or train-​based playsets – if your child likes vehicles, you may want to bring a few Matchbox-​sized cars.
— WonderWild is best suited for kids preschool age & up, though our 11 month old daughters enjoy it too.
For those who have been to the previous location:
–The new location is w/​in the same complex, at the front of the complex.
–There are now separate play areas for kids ages 0 – 5 & 5 – 11, w/​a new climbing structure, jumping pillow, racetrack, & play kitchen w/​in each area.
BUT,
***Beware of bullying – a MAJOR issue here, as parents/​nannies/​etc. are the only ones overseeing play, & many do not supervise very closely, or bother to intervene even when they do see problems arise. (Several children have slid headfirst from cushions into our babies, & children routinely knock-​down both our babies & toddler, & snatch toys from their hands.)
***Be aware that unlike the Tot Spot play area in the CMOH, WonderWild does not seem to sanitize its toys. It’s now been 2 ½ days after our last visit, & all 3 of our kids are sick, 2 with fever. Coincidence? I think not!
