To those who are considering renting here please DO NOT. There was just an armed robbery on the property tonight. A number of apartments have been robbed. The security gate has not been working for weeks. And raw sewage regularly flows out of drainage pipes. We have lived here over a year and have complained a number of times about the sewage issue – nothing has changed. Answers on when the security gate will be fixed are vague. We are moving ASAP.
