Work Maids

We have used Work Maids twice to clean our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The first time we had a wonderful experience. Our maid’s name was Alma and she did such a fantastic job on our apartment. We had paid for 2 hours of service so we left her a note saying we would like her to mainly focus on the master bathroom and the kitchen and if she had time for anything else then it would just be a bonus. I have never seen our bathroom so clean! On top of that our whole house was spotless. I was so impressed I decided to use them again.
Our most recent experience was not satisfactory. We again paid for a 2 hour cleaning service. Our appointment was scheduled from 9:00am to 11:00am. Our maid (do not know name) called at 10:11 (an hour late) stating she was outside our door. I told her where the key was since we were at work and she let herself in. When I got home from work that afternoon I came home to a house that looked pretty much how we left it. The master bathroom looked cleaner and the master bedroom had been vacuumed but the rest of the house looked exactly the same. The stove still had grease on it, the counters still had crumbs, pillows on the couch were scattered everywhere, the closet and spare bedroom floors weren’t vacuumed, the toilet in the smaller bathroom wasn’t cleaned, etc. Two hours of work was definitely not done.
Our house is very tidy in the first place. We only like to have a maid come every once in a while to give our bathrooms, kitchen, and floors a once over. We were very disappointed that we spent money on something that I normally do myself.
