Would you like a side order with that piece of crap you just purchased? Well, you won’t be denied. They’ll happily offer you «LACK OF SERVICE» and treat you as though: «YOU ARE WRONG, WE ARE RIGHT, GOOD LUCK GETTING US TO RESPOND AND WHEN WE DO WE WON’T DO IT IN A TIMELY FASHION NOR WILL WE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT WE DID WRONG».
Their products?:
* Are CRAP, utter and completely.
* STINK LIKE PETROLEUM FROM WHICH THEY ARE CLEARLY CREATED. (Shipped straight from China. You know, the country that’s put Melamine into dog and baby food).
Their orders:
* Are fulfilled incorrectly and they will deny it despite photographic evidence.
Their customer service:
* Hello? Anyone there?
* Call them on the listed phone # and you will realize you’ve reached someone in their kitchen. Possibly in their kitchen in a foreign country. They will make no sense and cannot be communicated with in any clear fashion.
* Contact them via their web-​site and you will get a slow response (unless you’re placing an order) or no response or a denial that they’ve fulfilled your order incorrectly and a refusal to take any action to correct their errors.
Now let me tell you how I really feel. Just kidding! Don’t get sucked in by their cheap prices and reasonably nice web site. These folks should be put out of business.
I’ve already wasted enough time trying — without success — to get them to refund my money. Now I’m just going to focus on ensuring they don’t get any of yours.

Placed an order with this company, paid for guaranteed and improved turn time on production, they bailed out and left my company and my client high and dry with no product when promised. Did not even care or try to meet the production turn time. Repeated requests for shipping information, tracking numbers were never returned. This company is not what they advertise. Product ships from China, and if you buy product for a client who for us was potentially a very large multi-​hundred thousand dollar client or more, and you burn your client, guess what, they give you a middle finger, and this company was responsible… or should I say irresponsible and screwed us over. My best suggestion is to avoid this company. Sweet site, I know. Cheap product, I know. I called and personally spoke with people «No problem turning your order.» they said, and B.S. They did not attempt to do anything close to the right thing. May they dig their six foot hole quickly and go out of business.
