Crucita was awesome! I went in for 1.5 HR deep tissue massage, and she very good job. Nice relaxed environment. Will definitely come back in a few weeks !

I couldn’t be more pissed if I wanted to. I bought a groupon, and scheduled my massage for today at 10am. They sent me a confirmation email, where they told me I should arrive 10 minutes prior my appointment to do some paperwork, so there was I, before 9:50, at the door. Business closed, open at 10 am said the sign at the door. Ok, kind of pissed, but not big deal, I am already there so I waited. At 10 am, when they should have opened, I called and I got an answering machine. I left a voicemail telling them I was waiting there for my 10am appointment. (you see how crazy is the weather today, right? That’s not their fault, but still.)
At 10:15, with no response and no one opening the door, I left.
How can someone be this unprofessional?

Outstanding! I have not had a massage in over 10yrs and my body was extremely tight. Crucita was excellent, she walked me through everything and worked her magic. I’ve never felt better. The price point was amazing and the service was the best. I look forward to my next session.

I don’t even know how to review this place because it was so amazing… I just got done with my massage with Crucita and she was wonderful. She was respectful and even went over the amount of time I had purchased. You can tell she really loves her job and this is something she’s passionate about … not trying to sign you up for a year long membership or up sell you some additional things you may or may not want.
The location is convenient and parking was abundant. The inside lobby is spacious with a TV. The room was clean and dark so you felt you could really relax. The price and convenience of the place is what got me. I love getting an amazing product for cheap! It’s so awesome that you can sign up online without having to call someone for an appointment. I would highly recommend trying it out or buying the groupon. It’s amazing!

As good as it gets. Crucita works to task, not to time so we went over the two hours as she repaired life’s damages. This modest little spot at Dowling and Clay belies the first-​rate care provided. Perfect Sunday morning body work for those of us who do long runs on Saturdays.

Wu-​Sa massage offers a quality massage with few frills. The staff is friendly and professional. The massage was definitely worth it. A great value along with being recommendable.

The company sells a lot of Crowdsavers and Groupon massages. I don’t understand why companies do this: it makes it so difficult for regular customers to schedule and will usually run current customers off. And, the company gives 50% of the already discounted coupon revenue to Crowdsavers or Groupon, leaving very little money for the establishment.
The place is not very classy, but that was OK because the price was lower. The place is not in the best part of town, a little scary after dark!
You can tell when Crucita, owner, does not want you as a client. She is intentionally late and making the previous appointment overlaps your appointment, so much that she wants you to leave. I am always 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and showered. This makes the wait seem so much longer. If you do stay and not leave: then you get a shallow apology.
I have been getting massages for over 25 years. I am not licensed, but extremely good at exchanging massages and know when massages are done correctly. Crucita will not take suggestions. In all these years, I have never been turned away for a massage. I have tried to talk with her about timely massages and setting up dependable appointments, but she does not respond to emails on her company website or return phone calls.
Also, she has told me that she is uncomfortable massaging elderly white men. She is black. I have an average to athletic body, nothing for her to turn her nose up, too. So what, I would feel more comfortable getting a massage from a white blonde. Haha!
Crucita, if you read this, you should appreciate people’s time and especially when clients are paying full price and trying to help you and do right! Glad to see you don’t need the money. Also, the emails and phone calls could be used for client appreciation (client relationship building, etc.).

Crucita is super super amazing. I found this little downtown place through Groupon, and needless to say, I’m definitely not disappointed. I booked a one hour deep tissue massage for a back injury. Crucita definitely knocked all of the kinks out, concentrating on my back.
The add-​on she included in the Groupon (foot scrub, hot stone, body exfoliation) was a cool bonus too. I opted for the body exfoliation, and it is basically a rigorous back exfoliation with a very strong abrasive cream-​like substance. Needless to say, baby-​smooth skin.
The booking service is done online and is very simple! Everything is streamlined very well and even adds calendar dates to your calendar.
One thing though — if you’re looking for a pretty place with perfect fixtures, this may not be the best place for you to try. The plush lighting and pretty pictures aren’t available at this place. It’s a small, family-​run business in the downtown/​midtown area. But the crux of what you want — the service of massage — is reasonably priced and is very, very good.

Crucita is wonderful! Like many reviewers, I had originally purchased the groupon. In fact I“m a notorious groupon buyer and have just hopped around getting groupon massages at different locations a few times a year. The few times I happen to injure myself or aggravate old injuries…
So I bought this one desperate for some help with my back/​knee/​hips, it was one of those at least. But I loved that it was a 3 pack of massages and that it offered deep tissue. I absolutely need deep tissue, none of that silly «relaxing feel good» stuff, I need my poor muscles to really get some work done.
My first massage was with Crucita and was really helpful. I felt great afterwards! Several months later I wanted to go in for another one, but so much time had passed I didn’t remember her name and set up an appointment with someone else. Well, she was ok, the pressure could have been harder to be more effective, but the worst was that she talked through the entire massage. I basically got a life story in there. I hate to sound mean, because I’m sure she’s a nice and interesting person! It’s just not the right time to tell me about it.
So my third massage was after totally throwing my back out again a few weeks ago. Big time OUCH! I still had one last massage to use but wanted to make sure I got Crucita again so I did some research before booking. It was perfect, exactly what I needed! She’s just a really cool person, talks to you before and after, and she made sure to find out what I needed and what she was dealing with as far as my history and what my body needs. I think she’s also able to feel that out during the massage because she spent the most time on the muscles that were most hurting. In fact she even went 15 minutes over my hour massage and didn’t make it to the front because my poor back needed so much work.
Now I can happily say I have a regular massage place! No more groupon hopping for me. They have a great deal for regular clients where buying four or more at a time brings it down to $ 29 per massage. I walked out of my last appointment with a four massage package and can’t wait to go back! Thanks Crucita!

I purchased a groupon for a 2 hour massage for me and my boyfriend. Wu-​Sa was so booked up that I had to schedule 2 months out. I couldn’t even schedule us on the same day. Since I’ve read so many great reviews about Wu-​Sa, I was really excited when my appointment was approaching. When I first arrived at Wu-​Sa, my first impression was not very pleasant. The place was not fully finished. The bathroom did not have any paper towels or linen to dry off.
Now the massage…
I had a massage with Crucita. I have to be honest, I was not impressed and was bored after 30 minutes. She asked what type of pressure I wanted and I said deep tissue. However, it felt as if she was just rubbing me. The massage was suppose to last 2 hours. From 11 – 1; but when I got in my car, it was only 12:45. I didn’t care since it felt like a lifetime. My boyfriend went to get a massage the next day and felt the same way. He even considered asking her to stop a few times but didn’t want to hurt her feelings. Also, I assume that it was her young son sitting out in the waiting room playing Sims. Anyways, nothing special. Won’t be back.

What can I say? Crucita is the owner and she is amazingly wonderful and professional and very nice.
She took care of my back with care and longer then paid for simply because my back was in bad shape and at no extra charge.
She is truly an amazing RMT and I will be going back!
