Good massage; staff is sketchy. Several staff people were asleep in the massage chairs last time I went in. Also YS was cited for prostitution and operating without a license earlier this year —

Not a bad spot to stop at outside of Chinatown when you dont want to drive all the way down to Bellaire. $ 25 for the ‘footrub’ which includes a light head, shoulder and back. Not a bad deal! Comfy chairs too. The ladies my wife and I had were both only ‘ok’ from a strength perspective, but we’ll probably be back.

The massages aren’t bad for the price when they are open… Their posted hours mean nothing. I’ve been successful probably 5 out of 12 times when I’ve gone to get a massage during posted hours… Even with their sign on they will tell you they are closed. It’s incredibly annoying and bad business!

Had a great experience the first time but when I went back, my hour long foot massage was only 45 minutes. I asked the lady and she insisted it was an hour. Also, she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I m in more pain from her pressing randomly than feeling relaxed. Not going back.

First off when I walked into the store, there was nobody at the front desk for a good 5 minutes. I wasn’t even greeted when she finally came to the front. At first I was thinking, oh it’s okay she might be working by her self right now but 10 minutes into the massage i see the other staff workers walk out towards the front… That is not okay to leave the reception area alone. I asked to get combo #1, 30 min body 30 min foot. $ 40. Secondly, my masseuse didn’t even silence her phone. It rang twice, she answered the first time. And you would think she’d have Common sense to silent her phone but it still wasn’t on silent. 30 minutes into my massage, she recieved a text in her phone and had the audacity to text back while giving me a body massage?! What kind of service is this? The massage was ok but I made up my mind to not tip because she made up hers to not let go of her phone. She told me «u don’t put tip.»(basically demanding a tip) i simply said«nope.» and walked out the door. You get what you give, lady! Will not be coming back here.

Had a foot massage and it was amazing. So relaxing and then he walked on my back which was amazing too. Definitely going back soon! I think I’m going to get the 90min special for $ 60

I’d like to get in to see someone for a massage but they won’t answer the phone. I’ll update once I’ve had the chance to experience a massage. I’m super excited for a new reflexology massage place to open so close to me, and especially excited that they’re so close to Big! My poor feet need some relief, perhaps tomorrow will be my lucky day.

Worst experience I have ever had at a foot spa. Communication is impossible because no English is spoken. My therapist seemed poorly trained and put out. He even demanded a tip.

Lots of Asian spas to choose from, this one is really good. They offer foot massage, full body or even Thai massage(walk on back). The lady who helped me today spoke excellent English and was very professional and skillful. I will return.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to get a massage. No one there speaks English so they have no idea what you want them to do, and they’re very rude. My guy did a horrible job and hurt me more so than he helped me. I left there not feeling any better than when I came in. I decided not to tip because k was unhappy with the service, and when I went to leave the guy followed me out and yelled at me to leave a tip. I was literally amazed at how ridiculous it was so I just gave him 2 bucks and he growled at me. It was absolutely offensive and appalling, needless to say I will NEVER be going back. Place sucks!

Went today with my thirteen yr old daughter and both of us got $ 4030 foot 30 body. I signed and he said you have to put tip 20%. I was looking for cash but just wrote 10 $ tip down and he yelled 20% minimum. This is NOT a restaurant… no shit? I was appalled ! He also took my necklace off and forgot to give it back to me so I forgot it and had to go back and get it. Good massage but no way going back

This place just opened up near me, and I’m glad I gave it a shot! Here are my thoughts, in a nutshell: Pros: 1. It’s new, and thus clean. New furniture, new linens, etc. 2. They did the standard $ 25 foot massage, which includes head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, feet, calves, and then a quick 10 minutes on your back in a separate room. 3. They did some stretching massages that I had never gotten at a foot spa, that were AMAZING! Cons: 1. The shopping center is still being developed, so there is sometimes construction noise from the neighboring shops being built. 2. At some point they knocked out a bunch of walls and made windows, which made it light and airy, but detracts from the quiet and dark you’d sometimes like for a massage. 3. Sometimes they’re understaffed. Overall, I am very pleased with it, and will keep going back.

YS Foot Spa gets a thumbs down. I love testing out Foot Spa and Massage services, so I am very familiar with standards and basic expectations. I usually knowmy service person’s name… but that was never given. To begin, they insisted on my paying prior to service. I had a $ 60 service and I put a $ 10 gratuity on it. I am not sure what was going on, but my service provider was very distracted and it was almost 15 minutes into my time before they actually started work… they chattered in a foreign language through portions of the service. There were no aspects of foot reflexology, simply light rubbing. The second portion of my service was massage which was even less invigorating or relaxing. It was sad… It totally shocked me that the service provider asked for an additional $ 10 tip in the massage room because she had noted what I left as a tip prior to the service. As I walked out, there was a woman in the lobby– the owner(?). The service provider totally changed her tact, thanking me for the tip I left and offering me the buisiness’ card so I could make appointments… YS Foot Spa is a no on so many levels…
