first, the general atmosphere in the lobby was so warm and serene… they have nice classical music and BBC planet earth playing with so many books to read. Dr. Kim listened to all my concerns and the staff was sooo nice. They confirmed if the prescription went to the pharmacy, etc etc…
it’s like they really go all the way to prevent all the possible inconvenience even after the visit. I made him my PCP right after that.
