On a high side for pricing, 30 bucks per hour. The owner was too busy to offer us any beer or food or anything at all. He switched us to another room in the middle of my song :(so I lost all the track numbers. I don’t mind much at all, I liked the experience, just wish the owner offered us something and not switch us in the middle. Also, he was too busy to fix our mic that was broken, and the volume was much lower than expected. I hope to go again but maybe try a couple of other places first for pricing.

Classic karaōke place, at least the ones I’m used to. I don’t go to the karaōke bars that most people know of, and so when writing this, I’m taking into account the plethora of karaōke places that I’ve been to in the past. With that being said, this place is just as good as any other place. I made an informal reservation via the phone a few hours earlier(dude didn’t even ask for my name lol) and sure enough, by the time we got there, our room was cleared and ready. This was on a Saturday night, semi-busy I believe(you can hear others through the walls. Song selection was your generic list of past and semi-current songs. Don’t really think it’s updated that often with English songs, but then again, I’m starting to think it’s one big company that makes the songs and all the karaōke places around America take it from them. Even so, there were a bunch of classics to choose from, and so if you have friends that are around 18+, you should know most of them. Two mics per room, two tamborines(sp?), and a classic bg music video that goes with every song(you’ll see what I mean when you’re there). For 5 people singing for 2 hours, our total came out to be $ 60, which I find pretty damn good. It’s a nice alternative to say, going to the movies, in which you would spent about the same amount of money for the same length of entertainment. One downside is that I believe it’s not BYOB, like a different place that I’ve been to. Still, 8.5÷10, would definitely come again and recommend to a friend.

Loved this place! it was 8 of us inside one of the private rooms and we still had room! we had a ton of fun and they had a pretty good selection of music, although i don’t remember seeing anything from 2014 – 2015, but i might be wrong. My only complaint is that it got hot in the room pretty quick and we were just sitting down not doing anything exhausting or anything like that. They also had one of those Japanese toilet seats that have the butt spray lol

The only karaōke bar here in houston that has private rooms and you don’t have to sing in front of a crowd that you don’t even know and well you can sing all you can with your friends. Definitely come here as often

The rooms were so spacious and clean. I love going to karaōke and this place was definitely fun! They had a good selection of music too.

Came here with a group of around 12 on a friday night at 9:30pm. No issues reserving a room. The place was not too packed and we did not run into any other groups waiting or milling about. Owner was friendly and led us to room. Showed us how to use the system and we ordered a good amount of beer and yogurt soju. Stayed for around 2 hours. Great song selection. All the classics were there plus some new releases. Karaōke system does NOT have vocals in background(some places offer that as an option if folks cannot sing) so make sure you choose songs you know well. We had a blast, and price point was cheap. ~$ 160 for 2 hours and booze(although someone in our group covered some of the booze as well) so it was more than that all in. I would give you more details around pricing however the owner did NOT give us an itemized receipt. Just told me a total which included tip when I left. I did not ask for a breakdown given that I expected it to be more than that. But if I knew someone in our group was ordering separately, I would have requested the breakdown. Location sucks if you’re coming from houston proper, but worth the drive for reasonably priced karaōke, no wait and no hassles once you get a room.

Should you find yourself in K-Town and have the sudden urge to belt one out; Ziller is where you want to be. I liked that the rooms were clean and the older man helping us was kind. We got the little bottles of Crown and Grey Goose for $ 100 each. After about 3 hours our bill was $ 480 but considering we had about 15 people in the room we felt that was reasonable. The Korean videos that play along with the song are entertaining and funny. These guys need to update their American Song playlist though!

Had a lot of fun singing karaōke in our private room. Room is spacious, clean, and a great selection of songs. I think we sang for 4 hours. It was great! We got a discount, which I can’t remember how much. Service was so nice and friendly. The only downside was that the night we went the chef left early so they didn’t have anyone in the kitchen. But they were okay with us ordering pizza from a store nearby. I would definitely come back again for karaōke adventures!

Loved this place. My group got there right as they opened and got in and sang our hearts out. The owner taught us how to choose our songs and we went from there. They have tambourines in the room for everyone to rock along even if they aren’t singing. There is tons of English songs(part of your world from the little mermaid! Unexpected but we sang it!) I was able to find a couple jpop songs we knew.(kyary pamyu pamyu, BoA, AKB48!) Definitely going again soon. The rooms have lighting that go with the beat of the songs and the sound quality is great. The owner brought us three waters and didn’t charge us for them. Only complaint was that the room was kind of hot but that might have been because it was 43 degrees outside. We ended up spending $ 45 dollars after two beers and a hour and a half of singing.

I love Ziller! This place is spacious and clean with a good selection of songs. They also serve alcohol which is awesome! The ahjusshi that sits in the front counter is very nice and attentive. This is the place my hubby and I go to when we don’t want to drive to bellaire and it’s also cheaper than Yes KTV which is also my other favorite karaōke place.

My group’s favorite karaōke bar to go too. The service is always great. Sometimes, you do have to find him though. We love the yogurt soju here! And the rest of group really really loves those combo snacks they give you too.

I’ve been to a fair few private-room karaōke joints in the last few years, and this one is great. The song list is up to date and the prices are good for room rental and beer. There are tambourines in the rooms, which make everything better. What really won me over about this place was the b-roll that plays on the screen along with the lyrics. It’s that certain je né sais quoi you didn’t know your karaōke experience was missing. What goes better with a Marilyn Manson cover of Tainted Love than two senior citizens slow-dancing to a dusty 45, followed by eight-year-olds wearing yellow sweaters in a school performance, followed by a crying bride on a scooter? Perfect.

I went to Ziller with my two younger brothers on a Friday at 9:30PM to kill time. The place was completely empty, though we were admittedly a bit early. I asked for the rate: $ 30.00 for one hour, which seemed like a fair rate. The room we chose was super clean and could have easily accommodated 8 – 10 people. The lady asked if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered two sodas to share. The male owner came in to help us with the volume once. Very nice and friendly. We chose a room with English songs, and the selection had a lot of songs that we knew and loved. Nothing within the last year, but pretty comprehensive. The room had a huge leather booth — clean, decked with strobe lights. We stayed for an hour and a half, and the male owner only charged us for one hour and asked how our experience was. We said it was great — because it was. Total bill: 1 hour x $ 30.00 + $ 2.50 per soda x 2 = $ 35.00. I tipped them $ 3.00. Will come back because it’s so close to where we lived and, compared to karaōke bars in SF and NY, this place does it right.

My go to karaōke place! Reasonably priced(Cheaper than Chinatown) and a really wide selection of songs, from English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Sing your heart out! They’ve definitely got the classics(90’s kids unite) although it does take them awhile to get any of the new stuff. The manager is always really cool and helpful. This is also a perfect place to throw a birthday party. They have a wide area in the lobby with a huge projector and tables. They also serve snacks, drinks, and soju, if you’re feeling peckish.

I was only here for like 30 minutes since I was just stopping by to say hi but from the looks of it, this is a really nice Karaōke place. I came at around…1am on a Saturday night and it was dead. Friend said he only had to pay $ 30 for 1.5 hours since it was dead so that’s not too bad. They also bought drinks so that might’ve helped too. They have a huge selection of songs in English, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese.(Maybe Japanese too, I’m not sure). The program they use is updated because when I was in Korea during 2013, it was the same one I saw there. The rooms are clean, big, comfortable, and the sound system is clear and controls are easy to use. If you don’t feel like traveling to Chinatown for Karaōke, you should come here!

This place was such a RIPOFF. My friends and I went here to celebrate her 30th birthday and we had a okay time until the very end. The songs to choose from were adequate and the rooms were of decent size. What I was so angry about was the fact that my bill was $ 680 for 3 hours! We ordered three small size crown bottles and had 8 people total. My friend said it was $ 30-$ 40 per hour per group. So how did 3 bottle of crown add up to be over $ 500? They kept bringing in food and drinks to us when we didn’t order it and then it was on our bill. At the end they said there was nothing we could do about it and that is what the bill was going to be. I think they try to get you tipsy on purpose and add additional things to your tab. We went on a Saturday night and it was not busy at all. A lot of the rooms were empty and I am sure I know why now. I would never go to this karaōke place ever again.

The rooms are nicer than I had expected, but you do pay for it. I believe it’s $ 50 an hour? Also, they have a small menu that is very, very expensive. You need to use a device to get his attention — I believe it was a button. The person at the cash register can see what you’re doing in these rooms, so keep it PG-13, okay? The song list has English, Japanese, and Korean — but the controls are in Korean. The attendant will switch it to English if you need help. You can find some animé-related songs in the listing, too. Why am I writing such a bland review? Because I was really blown away by their restrooms. No joke. The women’s restroom has two stalls — one normal and possibly ADA compliant, and the other one has the fancy Asian toilet seat. This Inspector Gadget toilet seat had everything — a seat heater, a bidet, an air dryer, and I think it might have even made music so you can pee in peace. This was novel to me. I would come back just for this.

Love the watermelon and strawberry soju! I came here last night and I have Ziller to thank for my oh so sexy«man-voice» today. Whether I go with a few friends or a huge crowd, Ziller always manages to create a fun night for us. You’ll find this establishment in «Korea-town» and you won’t be disappointed. Ziller is clean, and has a wide selection of songs not to mention if you’re hungry, they serve complimentary roasted nuts(almonds and peanuts). If you have a peanut allergy… well. then bring an epipen or you’ll be SOL. They have both private rooms and an open stage area where you can sing to your heart’s content. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves to karaōke or bust out in song and dance. The price is usually split among my friends and I so I’ve never had to pay more than 12 dollars whenever I come here.

One of my go to places to enjoy Karaōke close to city center. They have a good selection of songs with a couple different room sizes to accommodate different parties. They are a little lagging in bringing new songs into the fold but a good and relatively cheap gathering for melody inspired folks(depending on alchohol consumption)
