Zlynn’s Nails

This was my second time there and the lady who did a basic pedicure (no color) was in a very bad mood and took it out on me. Her work was unacceptable!

I go to Zlynn’s because it’s cheap and very close to where I live. The ladies who work there are very sweet and attentive. The quality of the service may not be as stellar as other nail salons, but it’s passable (especially for the prices). The inside of the salon is clean, but no frills (not luxurious at all really). This place is good if you want to save money and just want your nails done (which is what I want, most of the time). If you want to feel like you’re at a fancy spa or are expecting complete perfection in the work, you might want to go somewhere else.

The ladies here are extremely sweet! I’ve been going there about 2 years now and get the shellac manicure with spa pedicure. The larger woman always does the cutest designs! With tip it’s about $ 50, and definitely worth it.

Horrible place, rude people. I went to this salon many times. I didn’t get any good result ever! I just go because it is close to my house. I don’t recommend this place even to my enemies. I went today to change my nails color, and this what I got! (see this picture please).

This place is pretty cool. Again I am a sucker for good customer service so yes the technicians were very polite and was able to change my nail color 10 min before they closed. I would come back for something simple but not a regular fill in since I think there prices are a little on the high end side.

This was the worst nail salon I’ve been to as far as the application of there nails. First she took my originals nails off by prying them off with another unused nail and clippers (which was not a pleasant experience) During filing she bumped every single one my beds with the electric file to the point where it hurt the following day with water to touch. Afterwards the nails was very thin after acrylic application had to tell her the nails were significantly misshapen and not the same length. Now 3 days later the so call gel coat is chipping in the middle not even the edges and there even feels like there’s a spot in the middle of my nail where’s there little to no acrylic. I would not recommend these people at all. Then she asks if I want my eyebrows done haaaa lady are you crazy you’re not touching my face. I was almost about to say why the %=%+ were they getting good reviews but the are regular mani pedis which is kinda hard to mess up.

My 5 year old and I went to Zlynn’s today for Mommy and Me mani pedis, everyone was so sweet to us and particularly sweet to my daughter, she had a wonderful time. The prices are very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back :)!

I went there today since I was in town and it’s close to my parent’s place. They were very busy but they were able to squeeze me in. I was very happy with my $ 28 pedicure/​manicure set. I don’t recall the last time I paid less than $ 25 for just a regular spa pedicure so it was nice that they offered both for $ 28 M-​W special. I loved their collection of OPI and Chinaglaze nail polishes. I will definitely start going there the next time I need my nails done again and am in town.

The ladies are very nice and friendly, although they sometimes speed through their pedicures. They always ask/​pressure me to get an extra service or upgrade my pedicure to a deluxe, but what nail shop doesn’t? I had extra time one afternoon and took them up on a deluxe pedicure (includes scrub, mask, hot towel, extra long massage), and it was nice because they also offered me a soft drink, tea, or bottled water while I enjoyed it.
There’s virtually no wait. Definitely my go-​to place for nails in Clear Lake!

They are very friendly and attentive here. But don’t go if you are in a rush. They take their time and do a great job. I went for a pedicure before halloween and requested a kind-​of difficult and strange design for my polish, but the lady executed it perfectly and I was thrilled with the result! They also have specials on monday and wednesday where you can get a mani and pedi for the price of a pedi. Pretty good deal if you ask me :)
