Excel Urgent Care of Howard Beach

STAY away, this office and the front desk’s attitude is out right DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The initial call regarding insurance and payment went unanswered and when I was in the office not only did I have an issue in the mannerism of a receptionist name Caitlyn who did NOT want to help, the patient had the very same issue. Fairly claimed there was no office manager, no one above her because I guess she was the end all be all. The medical assistant on at the time apologized for how rude the Caitlyn was. The next day while following up with an even ruder Sharema, who thought by her forwarding my complaint to the proper channel was «helping me» was even worst. I would never allow myself or my insurance to spend money there and this practice needs new staffing or to leave our pleasant area ASAP
