We called Joey last Sunday, we had a very small tile repair job in our bathroom. He agreed to do it on Tuesday. He didn’t show up, he said his truck broke down. He agreed to be there today (Friday 10⁄17). He never showed up[. He texted me to call his secretary, I called her and she had said she was trying to call me all day (not true) to tell me he is going to be backed up on a job for weeks and just can’t do the job at all.
This was totally irresponsible and unprofessional. Twice my wife and I ran home, left work early to be there.
Evidently he found a much bigger job and decided not to bother with our job. I was very upset, and I told him so. He made up all kinds of crazy excuses (he didn’t tell his secretary (really his wife) that it would be tied up for weeks, and he’s going to fire her.
Nonsense.
I cannot reccommend anyone use him or depend on him for anything.
