I found this place through ZocDoc. In terms of the doctors, they are fantastic. Very friendly, they ask lots of questions to diagnose your problem, and give you through treatment-x-rays and everything were done right on the spot. My hubby has been fighting what we thought was shoulder pain for over 2 years. He had been to pain specialists, pain management doctors, you name it and none of them could solve his problem. Here with a few adjustments to the neck, my husband’s pain was gone. He was so happy. The reception area is fine and we never have too long of a wait before he’s seen the doctor.

Let me start out by saying that I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I called up and asked if they took GHI, when I was told yes, I made an appointment. I was having severe neck pain, and pain in my left wrist and right elbow. I went into the office already having had a brain MRI, a c-spine MRI and multiple blood tests all recommended by my regular doctor. After showing him all of this information he asked me what medications I was taking, so I handed him the bottles. He then told me I needed an x-ray of my neck. After the x-ray he told me everything looked fine and prescribed me more of the same muscle I was already on. When I asked if they were ok to take more often with the other medications I was already on, he claimed I never told him about any medications. After this, he went on to tell me that I would benefit from having cortisone injections, but since he doesn’t actually take GHI, I would have to make another appointment and start to pay off my deductible. He also insisted I see the chiropractor and physical therapists he has in office. Each one coming with a separate co-pay. I saw the chiropractor(even though I knew it would be a bad idea because of the pain I was in), who cracked my neck, and made me cry. The next day my neck did feel a little better, so I continued to see the chiropractor a few more times. On my second to last visit I told the chiropractor about how I didn’t like the spine doctor and didn’t want to have to pay a deductible to see him. The next time I went in, the spine doctor asked me to his office. I told him about how my wrist and elbow have gotten worse and he told me that they didn’t look swollen to him. He insisted I make an appointment explaining that my deductible was«only $ 200». I felt uncomfortable and that is why I never returned to the chiropractor, who was actually very nice. My next step was to see a rheumatologist. It turns out that I have severe inflammation that is possibly caused by Lupus. This could have been detected a month earlier if the spine doctor listened to my complaints and had done the appropriate tests. He really is just in it for the money.
