I went in here with a beater car that was not yet payed off. On top of that I have very little credit to work with. I was more then satisfied leaving with a new car with payments I can afford. The car I got was in great condition, with low miles, and a warranty. This is my second car from them, I will be back.

My boyfriend and i as well as his step dad came to this dealership to look at a specific truck that they had advertised on auto trader. When we had checked out the truck and was satisfied with the condition of it we proceeded to haggle. Well the truck in question was $ 8,425 advertised and was going to try to get it for a little lower. Well after we offered $ 7,000 for the vehicle, instead of coming back with a counter offer the financial guy came over to us and acted insulted at the fact we came in so low and told us ‘we can work with a couple hundred off but not more than a grand’ and had a tone like we had just disrespected him or something. So we came back at $ 7,500 and they came back with only a couple hundred off the listed price. We agreed and proceeded to get the paperwork settled thinking we were only going to have to pay for taxes and plates. Well we were wrong. They not only charged us for etching on the glass that honestly wasn’t needed as they said it was a ‘car theft deterrent’ they attempted to charge us on top of the car price for the car being advertised. Now i don’t understand why all of that wasn’t already included into the price of the vehicle we had just negotiated aside from tax and titles and what not. Either way if you need a car DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are just a bunch of rude ass crooks. Oh and their staff knows next to nothing on how to properly sell the vehicle since they guy couldn’t even tell us how long it had been on the lot or what features it even had. Pretty pathetic dealership if you ask me
