A-​Academy of South Jersey Inc is a step above the rest! I had an infestation of BEES last month and boy let me tell you did they come to the rescue! It was early Saturday morning when I first noticed the plague, INVASION if you will… they were attacking my children, myself, my husband, and my poor pug Charles. I immediately called A-​Academy (they have such a creative, efficient, website made easy!)and they sent a technician out to the scene within minutes! How’s that for service?! A+++ if you ask me! This highly skilled professional was not only effective, but extremely nice, very professional, and overall knew how to do his job well! He took care of the bees and really calmed my family & I down. It has been one month, we are still BEE FREE and I am certain it will remain that way. Every other exterminating company I have used in the past has made me wait days for an appointment and have not been nearly as thorough or professional. From here on out, I will forever use A-​Academy ALL THE WAY!

The guy who set up our squirrel traps was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. He had a bad attitude the both days he came to my home. The man, Paul, got into an unnecessary, heated argument and shouted several expletives and sped off of our property. My mom tried to interject and he told her to F off several times. Completely unnecessary.
The company does not state their policy (of receiving full payment up front) until they get to your house. They are also closed on weekends. Again, this was shared after they received payment.
I would never recommend this business to anyone and will be reporting them to BBB.

Worst service ever, they don’t show up when they are suppose to. And when u call to remind them they act like you are at fault. They are suppose to do service every month and if you don’t call them they just miss they’re appointment.
