I help manage the care of my mom’s condo in Ann Arbor from California. She is 93. Her lock set failed on Friday evening. I searched Unilocal and found Ed. He promptly answered the after-​hours call and after discussing the situation, he scheduled a Saturday morning appointment. He fixed the problem, made some extra keys for us and charged a very reasonable rate. He also called us back in CA and gave a full report. I would us Ed again and I highly recommend him. He is great.

I don’t often provide spontaneous testimonials online but I want to THANK and vouch for the couple who run Abra Ca Dabra locksmith service here in Howell. Not only were they quick in answering the 24-​hour service (picked up on the second ring — which was a HUGE relief as I feared I’d get an answering machine), they arrived in 15 minutes and were definitely the NICEST and warmest people (a married couple) I’ve encountered lately. They opened the door with ease and without causing any damage to the jam or the door, made a few duplicate keys in the van while we chatted, and they charged what I honestly feel was TOO LITTLE for their time and trouble. Not that I hope you lock yourself out of your house (especially after a long drive home from out-​of-​town with a child and dog in the car, both waiting to be fed) but if you do, you’d be lucky to live in Howell and encounter these two!

Ed was great. Promptly answered the phone even at odd hours. Was willing to come change the locks on my moms house at the last minute. They worked quickly and where very professional. It was comforting to my mom to have such kind people do the work during a hard time for her. The price was great and I would highly recommend them.

We locked ourselves out of our house. Ed was at our house 10 mins from when I called him. He was incredibly helpful and we cannot thank him enough. Not only did he get us into our house, he helped me re-​configure my garage door opener and fix my front door lock.
All of that was amazing, but on top of that, his fee was ½ of any others.
