What a great office. It was so beautiful I felt like I was in a spa. The front desk was so welcoming. Dr Abbaticchio was very gentle. Donna and Christina were wonderful! I am so glad I found them.

Dont recommend. I spent a lot of money on Invisalign for a doctor that only works one day a week, which I was never told. Now bc, in life things come up, I can’t make my Wednesday appt, the following week– she isn’t coming to work, the only day she works that week so now I’m forced to wear my trays for 5 weeks instead of 2 weeks, even though I’ve already paid $ 2000 upfront. Don’t waste your money. Also the office manager Christina is extremely rude as a previous reviewer said, she didn’t try to accommodate me and told me «everyone else makes it work».

THE WORST. An office manager in the Howell Office by the name of Christine never
returned my calls and followed up on insurance pretreatment coverage. I have been waiting since September 30, 2015. Turns out the claim was never submitted after more than 3 inquires on my part. When you call there you can actually hear in the voices of the staff how
incompetent the office is. I wanted to speak with the dentist about this, but could not get past Christine’s «watch dogs.» I am asking for my x-​rays and will not be returning.
