The movers arrived half hour late, they struggled with figuring out how to move some of the furniture which ate into my time. They finished the job poorly and charged me for the half hour they were late? I left a voicemail for owner, never called!

One guy was really nice but the other guy needed a break every few minutes and was more into talking than working. Seemed like a rookie. They damaged the paint job, broke the recliner of my couch and the two of them were not enough to pickup the couch.

Howell, MI
The guys from Braun Moving talked to us about the plan for our move. They showed up on time and worked hard with barely a break for the next 8 hours plus. Normally, movers like to have a few light loads to give themselves a break in between moving the heavy stuff. Such as after taking the couch in, take in the cushions for the next trip. But we asked them to take all the heavy loads while we took the light ones. They did it without complaint. Best of all, they treated our things with great care. Nothing broke, nothing was scratched. Very impressive and I give them two thumbs up.
