I would never use this place for anything and would advise anyone to stay clear of their work.
I used them for my son’s fifth birthday party at our house and first spoke to them about three weeks before the party. All I wanted was a bounce house and they agreed to the provide services on that date. I gave them my credit card information and said I would mail them a check. The check for the deposit was mailed to them over a week before the party with the contract they emailed me (with my signature on the bottom) but on the day of the party they never showed up. When I called to ask why they never showed up I was told by the owner that they never got the check. They also tried to convince me that they tried to contact me and left me messages on my phone asking for payment. I looked at my phone records and voicemails and never missed any calls from them or got any messages from them. I was left without a bounce house for my son’s birthday party and ended up cancelling the check that was sent to them.
I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life.
