So my son decided he wanted KFC for lunch and this one was only ten minutes away so I decided we would go. I saw it only had one star and I was concerned but I figured it’s KFC how wrong could it be? The food was fine but the customer service terrible! The guy at the register would not even let me finish ordering and he was calling to the back telling them what to make but I was ordering without pickles. When I told him he sighed loudly and rolled his eyes at me! Won’t be back

This place should change its hours to open till 9:30 instead of 10pm. Arrived at 940, sat at drive through window for 5 minutes, to drive up to the next window where they said closed have a good night. What a joke this place is.

I bought a 8 piece family meal with 1 large side of cole slaw and 2 large mash. My gf and kids all got the runs for 3 days after eating this, starting Friday morning. I called KFC and spoke to the manager Julie and first she asked me if I had the receipt? Who keeps fast food receipts? Anyway I explained to her the issues and she said sorry to hear but no one had these issues before and it was her first hearing from it. I told her Im not calling for free food. My gf bought a $ 5 lunch box 3 weeks ago and had the same issue but I thought that was maybe not related. PLEASE do not go here unless you want to have the runs for a few days.
