Lowe’s lost over an $ 1800 sale because their manager (not sure of his real title) Josh was a real tool. Rude, condescending, & couldn’t really be bothered to help nor did he even really care when we walked out. Angelo in the garden center patiently spent close to an hour with us as we painstakingly picked what we needed for our home improvement project. Angelo was the best but unfortunately the sale was not completed bcz Of Josh.

I used the online ordering system. After waiting for 4 hours no call OR email from the store so I called them to check on the order I was told on the phone no one pulled the order and she was going to have someone pull it and email me when it was completed and ready to be picked up that was””” yesterday «««» If this is there CUSTOMER SERVICE then I will be shopping elsewhere. People wonder why there is no staff to find in this store WELL WITH CUSTOMERS BEING TREATED AS IF THEY ARE BOTHERING THE EMPLOYEE FOR HELP this explains it all.

This is my fave Lowes in the area. Wish this one were closer to me, but at least it is still within reach. Nicely organized store and helpful staff. Had a problem with a purchase I made here one time, and the manager handled it the right way. He knew it wasn’t our fault and in reality, it wasn’t Lowes fault either. It was the manufacturer who incorrectly labeled their packaging. But as the seller, Lowes has to assume responsibility for what it sells and they did this time! If I could remember his name I would credit him here. Good job Lowes!!!

I love LOWES in Howell, NJ. The people there are very pleasant and knowledgeable (especially in the Kitchen Cabinet/​Granite Counter-​top area) as well as the carpet area and the paint area. They are very accommodating. Lowes has almost everything a homeowner needs or wants and the staff is very accommodating. The store is very clean and neat and the prices are reasonable.

I have been going here for quite some time but had recently had to make a big purchase. Although the item wasn’t in stock, no competitors had it either. I in illy went to best buy because it was cheaper but the special order process vacated the savings and was too big the hassle. In the end it would have been more expensive. So I purchased from Lowes and in passing comment I mentioned Best Buys better price the gentleman matched the price than beat it by 5%. Didn’t know lowes beat prices by 10% against big competitors (5% on special orders). Will stick with Lowes and the staff here has been great thus far. They do need to do a better job of informing the match and beat policy.
