Should have known better when we didn’t see many cars in the lot. They didn’t have half the items on the menu so I decided to try the burger. I figured you can’t mess that up. Nope, had one bite and the meat tasted old. Couldn’t eat any more. Stomach is in knots now.
It might have been a great place in its day, but that day has come and gone. I don’t write many reviews but had to on this one with how upset I was with the quality of the food.

We’ve been past here many times during the day when we were not hungry. Finally on a Saturday along our journey down grand river from Brighton to Howell we said let’s give it a go. No regrets — real restaurant with good people owing and running it. Not commercial and food is prepared with your interest at hand. Enjoy a nice difference!

I have known and have been a good customer of the Kovanis Brothers since 1971! They have great steaks with the Porterhouse topping the list. Fantastic Lake Perch and Walleye. However, my favorite is the large thin crust garlic pizza. It is delicious! Stop in and meet Nick and Harry and have Harry make you a thin crust garlic pizza! Best pizza you’ll ever have!
