Peacemakers Gun Range

I must offer up this low star review for the CPL class I took at Peacemakers on Feb. 13, 2016. It was totally inadequate to prepare people for carrying around a concealed pistol. The instructor was unorganized in his presentation, ran too quickly through important information, was crude in his joke telling. There were just as many women in the class as men so I was surprised at the number of jokes that centered around sexuality. Several of us were quite uncomfortable. Admittedly a class scheduled for 9 — 6 will be long and it is expected to be tedious at times so some light heartedness is appreciated; however, this was beyond unprofessional. I am frightened to think that we ALL passed the class when there were several who admitted to having never shot a pistol before and received such shoddy information. The range itself was busy the entire day. I felt my time on the range was safe and was impressed with its set up. Inadequate and unprofessional sums up my low opinion of Peacemakers as it relates to the CPL class. I would not only not recommend it, but would strongly steer my friends away.

This is an excellent facility which is owned and operated by good people. As was mentioned in another review, the employee’s do not suffer from the typical «gun store guy» attitude. They are all helpful and enjoyable to deal with.
It is my hope that Peacemaker’s will continue to grow and prosper.

I came in on Halloween and I was the only shooter there. Having the range to myself was nice! The employees are very knowledgable and easy to talk to. They aren’t your normal «guy store guys». They can actually have a conversation with you. The range itself is brand new. Very clean, professional and well designed. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Very friendly staff members here. They’re open to questions and knowledgable. Did an ffl transfer through here and they sent it out right away. Have not actually shot here yet but the range looks very nice. Prices seem quite competitive. Looking forward to putting some rounds down range in the near future.
