UPDATINGMYORIGINALREVIEW! Apparently they did attempt contact through FaceBook but I never saw it because it hit my «other» box. the lack of response was my chief issue with them. Since the product is good, I rescind my 2 stars !! I’m not even as disappointed in what I got as I am in them as a company. My 7 year old spent his birthday money on a Bauer jacket. He asked them to embroider his name on it. In doing so they sewed the pocket shut. I posted a comment on their Facebook page just saying that if they couldn’t do what he wanted without rendering the pocket useless, they should have told him that so he could make an informed choice. Instead of responding in any way they just deleted it. A simple«we are sorry that happened» would have sufficed. To ignore it and only leave up comments that are positive is misleading. Good customer service is not about being perfect, it’s about how you respond when things go not so perfectly and in this case, FAIL.
