Pyro came out and installed a new 4ton Amana Furnace A/​C and heat pump. They did an outstanding job and fixed a lot of duct work for no extra charge. They cleaned up their mess when they were done and almost immediately scheduled a follow up appointment to make sure all was well.

We have had an exceptional experience with Pyro Heating & Cooling. Our current furnace and ductwork does an inadequate job heating or cooling our second story. Steve, the owner, spent a lot of time describing our various options and we were very impressed with his depth of knowledge. We chose to have Pyro install a heat pump and are extremely happy with the result.
Anthony and Andrew took a great deal of care with the installation and clean-​up. They were very pleasant and Anthony even went to the trouble of painting a small fitting to match the siding.
Highly recommend this team! We will definitely work with Pyro again in the future.

This was for a scheduled heater service. I like the phone call to let me know the technician is on their way. Drew was very prompt arriving at the earlier part of the 3 hour window. He was very thorough. Probably the most thorough service preformed to date. Professional and friendly. Didn’t seem to mind me looking over his shoulder. I like to see whats being done. No high pressure sales to buy their filters, just let me know he had available the one I needed. Thank You

Waited two weeks for an appointment only to find out they never planned to do my job only give me a quote… two weeks for a quote? Terrible business practices will never call them again

I just had my Mitsubishi Mr. Slim A/​C combination Heating units serviced. The price was very competitive, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, and he was in and out of here in 1 ½ hours — that’s for TWO units. I’m happy to say that the A/​C is working fine and I would recommend PYRO Heating and Cooling for any and all heating and cooling needs.

I had them out to get a price on a furnace, and instead got a 3+ hour sales pitch. The kicker — the rep wouldn’t leave a quote, even though he had quoted prices for everything but what I was looking for the entire time he was here.
Instead, he wanted to come back after all my estimates were in from other contractors so he can «present» his proposal to me and my spouse. I put that appointment off, subsequently asked for it to be emailed to me and got nothing but pushback.
I never did get their estimate, but I did find several good localcompanies that provided just as good information, without putting down their competitors, and who provided a quote on-​site without the games.
