Sauna Magic

APPARENTLY these are the same guys that go around selling «EZ-​streaming tv» at home shows. They scammed my parents into spending nearly a thousand dollars on streaming boxes that don’t work as advertised. Then they refuse to take them back when you realize including the unopened ones. They’re a joke. At the home shows it doesn’t even look like the same system. As soon as you take the box home and plug it in half the writing is in Arabic and Chinese and the quality of the picture is garbage. They say you can stream live sports but the thing buffers the entire time. NOT TO MENTION you can get similar boxes on Amazon for 50 $. Please based on principle take your money elsewhere and put these ***holes out of business like they deserve. SCAMMERS.

These guys are scammers, preying on the elderly. They are currently in Oregon and Washington at home shows, selling $ 300 «set top boxes» (EZ Streaming TV) with false claims.

Just got my Sauna. I can’t wait to put it together and use it. I was told 4 – 6 weeks it was right at the 6 week time frame. Satisfied with the customer service this far.

I have been very pleased with the fast delivery and follow up of my purchase. Kay and Robert were two of the team members that I dealth with, both were very friendly and very helpful to me during my purchase. They were very patient and took the time to answer all of my many questions during each of my calls to them. I am very pleased with their customer service and the ability to call and personally speak with them at any time. I am recovering from a recent auto accident, and I am using the sauna as part of my healing process, after speaking with my Doctor and PT folks. It is working out great in assisting me with pain relief. I will purchase from this company again and recommend them to you for your one stop sauna needs and service.

Just to follow up… sauna never arrived, as expected from the hassle I had to go through. (approx. 3 months after purchase) I kindly asked for my money back knowing I wouldn’t receive 100% of the cost due to the restocking disclosure during the original sale. My loss but glad the ordeal was over and above all… lesson learned!
