Great service! I was worried walking in this place because of the bad review. I had a great experience here. I was taken care of and completely satisfied with customer service. In and out in 4 minutes.

I’m sure UPS is a fine business, filled with intelligence & customer-centric employee training programs. Unfortunately the ability to replicate those core compentencies in each location nationwide can be difficult. These difficulties in delivering a consistent positive customer experience were on display in the Howell UPS store. We did not receive a greeting upon entering the store, rather we were greeted to the sounds of one UPS employee’s phone conversation with a potential customer. It sounded a little something like this, ‘Uh, it’ll be like $ 50… yeah I don’t know where that is soo… uh, yeah sure.’ We stood at the counter rather aimlessly as Phone Jabroni stumbled through his call without acknowledging our presence. There was only 1 other person in the store who was staring at a copier. It was my assumption per our entrance & destination-less wait that this copy machine man must be a another customer, one who enjoys the finer things in life like self-service. I was incorrect. After a good minute or two, Copier Jabroni decided to walk over and assist us. He was polite, yet thoroughly distracted by his copy boy duties. After a few moments of helping us, he delegated us off to Phone Jabroni(PJ) for our shipping desires. After just a few moments of his audible open-mouthed breathing PJ muttered, ‘not sure what just happened’ followed by a half-glance upwards(semi in our direction) and the ever-so explanatory comment of «Phone number.» Having a job in customer service myself, a simple brief explanation with an obligatory apology for the inconvenience would’ve been customary and or expected in seemingly any other line of service. But apparently PJ mouth breather deemed it unnecessary. I gave it again and within moments PJ spat out a shipping price that seemed feasible only if it came with a financing plan. We literally picked up our boxes and left. We shipped them from the Howell Post Office.
