Zac’s Storage

This place was hard to find. I had a reservation and was told they open up at 9. By 9:15am the place was still locked. I called the number thinking someone would let me in and show me around. Instead I was on the phone given 4 units to walk myself over to look at. I opened one unit that satisfied the dimensions and found a very dusty table and chairs I walked over to another unit which was opened and found nothing but dirt, cobwebs and spiders. Another unit had the same thing. I also had to find out if they would provide locks inside which they did not. As I went to leave to get to a place for a broom, dust pan and padlock; I found another storage unit that had all the right things right at the store. I would NOT Recommend going to zac’s storage facility unless you don’t care about the belongings being kept clean in there. I was also very unimpressed that no one physically showed me around nor unlocked the door to sign paperwork. I would only give this one star because the lady on the phone was very nice and that was it.
