The little deli in the back will surprise you. We’ve lived in the area for 15 years and never stopped in. Since our first visit 2 months ago we’ve been several times. The hippie sub is amazing and the grilled cheese is the best I’ve ever had. They have a great selection of beers. Grab a sandwich and head down the road to the lake and enjoy the afternoon!

Whenever I visit my parents house, I end up at the Howey Market. They have a great vegetarian sandwich called the tree hugger and organic produce and food options. Also, ice cream! We love this cute little place!

This little gem of a market has an excellent assortment of high quality ingredients that could make any Master Chef hopeful blush. The staff is incredible and they really know their stuff. If you live in the area and you aren’t shopping here, there is something wrong with you. If you are just passing through the area then stop by the Howey Market for a great sandwich or some ice cream. This place is awesome, my favorite pit stop when in the area.
