Julia’s Bed & Breakfast

Amazing. Everything about it was perfect. We just needed a night away from kids and stress and this did the job perfectly. Quaint, quiet, intimate. Did not hear other guests at all. Katie was amazing. Breakfast is a MUST. Jacuzzi in the rooms, along with full body spray showers. We stayed in the governor’s room but checked out other rooms while here. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend staying at Julia’s Bed & Breakfast! Located on the golf course, our stay was quiet and relaxing. There was a Jacuzzi tub in our room and I didn’t hear any noise from any other occupants. The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to stay here longer next time!

Julia’s Bed and Breakfast is a great hidden gem! Great for a romantic getaway or even a corporate stay! We stay a few times a year and the Jacuzzis in the rooms are amazing! Have their Chef plan a private dinner for you as a treat. We also book for family and friends when they come in to visit instead of putting them in a hotel. Julia’s is better than a hotel, completely private and on a golf course!

GORGEOUS and romantic place, really great for the price; our room had a jacuzzi in it and was beautiful yet quaint. My one complaint: the walls are paper thin. So, if you’re going for a romantic getaway, make sure you’re the only ones in the house *hint hint*. Or just don’t plan on being… ahem… expressive during. ahem… activities.

This review only speaks to the outside grounds as my little sister was married there this past Saturday. Although, I was in the bar area and it was very nice with an inviting, B&B type décor and the staff I met were very nice.
Now, my baby sister got married on Sat which is hard to believe to me. She picked Julia’s as she wanted to have an outside wedding. The choice was a great one. The outside grounds were very well maintained. They were married under a very large gazebo surrounded by beautiful landscaping, flowers and trees. The back drop was a small pond that was being visited by many geese. Just a very pretty scene. The main gazebo was complimented by two smaller gazebos that were connected by matching walkways that made for fantastic wedding photos that will always bring great memories to those participating in the wedding. It was especially emotional as my brother and I gave her away. Our father passed 10 years ago and our mother 5 years ago. She only felt it proper to have her big bothers give her away. Of course we were more than honored to do this.
What a great day we had and I wish nothing but the best to my lil’ sis. She is all grown up now but will always be my baby sister. We love you!
