The menu was extensive and had all the usual breakfast items you would expect but SO much more! I was served a bottomless cup of coffee while I read through the menu. I finally settled on Irish Benedict eggs. The perfectly poached eggs were nestled on delicious corned beef hash which was laced with roasted red peppers and jalapeños. The delightful combination was on top of two toasted English muffins halves and drizzled with creamy hollandaise sauce. They were served with divinely crisp home fries. The food was fabulous! Add that to the warmth of a friendly family run diner and it makes it a place worth stopping at. Yum!

Dinner uses high quality organic eggs from the Country Hen(big plus). Service was good; never saw the bottom of my coffee cup. I opted for the spicy 3 pepper hash with my eggs. Crispy with nice chunks of corned beef.

Everything a diner should be I suppose. I’m guessing«PJ’s diner» refers to how the waitresses are dressed and not the name of the owner, which would be a cuter twist if their«uniforms» weren’t covered in grease presumably from from the kitchen floor. In any case, the food was good, the prices were damn cheap and the waitresses were very nice.
