Incredible ash aged chevre, stuff of the Gods! Had lunch at PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet Wed, of just this phenomenal goat cheese and PB’s fresh baguette out on their patio with a nice oak fire pit. Like Tuscany off route 6!

I ADORE the (crack-laced?) White Buck aged goat logs. The only problems are: a) keeping myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting. And b) finding a dealer for it when the Brookline Farmers Market is closed. Clear Flour Bakery sometimes has it during the winter, but not regularly. :(Thank goodness the farmers market is starting up again next week!
