Walked in there in my work clothes with wife and son, wanted the Samsung s5 at the time, the guy helping asked if I really wanted it cause he’d have to run a credit check, so I let him and qualified for anything in the store I said no, walked over to AT&T the guy treated me like a human being so I walked out with two s5 and soon s6 from att forget sprint.

Dear Verizon– Can you hear me now? Recently switched from Verizon to Sprint. Experience with Verizon was typically frustrating, take-a-number type of service with snarky little geeks(no offense to any snarky little geeks) with little to no customer service skills. Look, I don’t care how kool you are, I’m paying for service, I expect it. Sprint is a much more service-oriented provider. We are not big businesses, it’s a family plan. Sprint gets that. The reps are patient, friendly but still professional. I needed to make a change to my service so I called Sprint’s 1 – 800 service #- very personable and pleasant to speak with on the phone. All in all, very pleased.
