Giavano’s Pizzeria

Don’t care for the pizza but they do have great boneless wings and subs! The inside isn’t the most clean. The people are friendly.

We have been getting our pizza and wings from Giavano’s for years and can’t complain at all about the flavor. We probably order 3 – 4 times a month. I don’t know if there has been a change in management but the customer service has deteriorated greatly over the past few months. Last night I went to pick up my order, which was ready and sitting on top of the oven when I arrived. 2 other customers were also waiting and a 3^rd was placing his order. There were 3 employees in the front of the house. I waited 12 minutes to even be acknowledged by any of the staff, let alone get my order. And then when I was finally acknowledged, there was no greeting, no apology for the delay, no thank you for your business. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. A couple of weeks ago we ordered pizza and were given the wrong order. Again, no apologies and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong for calling about getting the wrong order. It may be time to find a new pizza place, which is unfortunate. I like supporting local businesses and the food is good. But not good enough to overcome poor customer service.

Had a good pizza and sandwich here before a Phish show. What more can I say? Small pizzeria located next to a Panera.

Best pizza in town hands down. My family has tried a couple of other pizza places since we moved to the area and this one is by far our favorite.

Note. This map location is not correct. Hudson Falls is 30 miles north of here. Now this chain does have nice location in Wilton, just a few miles north of Saratoga Lake, check it out. I gave it 4 stars since that is what the Wilton location deserves

Great food! Lots of different food to choose from. We order from frequently.
