This is an old store, but don’t be put off by the appearance of the building. Good selection of microbrews and wines for the size of the store. The staff is very friendly and tries to be helpful although their product knowledge is not too deep. It is an easy off and on the freeway. If you get a Majestic card (free) you get good discounts on selected items. I saved a couple bucks on a twelve pack of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

I stopped here on the way out to Possum Kingdom Lake to pick up libations for enjoyment on the lake. It is a pretty good little liquor store and since there are not many liquor stores on the way out there, it is a definite stopping point on the way out there. Prices are just about right on par for most liquor stores. Their beer selection isn’t as good as other Majestic stores, but it is a smaller Majestic. They do still have quite an impressive selection of liquor, beer, and wine for the size of the store.
