I have to admit that I love seeing what’s on the shelf this week. From cosmetics to toothpaste, appliances and duck dynasty ties, every week is a new adventure. I got a jar of organic whipped coconut oil for 1.48 that is about 7 dollars at Trader Joes, and box of Kashi cereal for 1.98. Gotta love it!

There are certain quirky charms I enjoy in Florida, especially in Hudson, Florida. One of them is partaking in the shopping experiences of the discount stores that sell randommarked down items and expired food products. It’s a real adventure in all sorts of ways, but like driving with your shirt off in summer, it can be liberating. I would steer clear of the dry goods, but have gotten some good candy and beverages. You never know what kind of stuff you will find amongst the other goods. The workers are all very nice and they are helpful to people in the community who are struggling. This store can be a fun little exploration. I try not to eat candy, but who can resist when you can get it four bars for a dollar??? Twizzlers, rice krispie treats, hundred grand bars, sour straws, power bars, they suck me in!!! HELP!!! I’m going native. :)

Totally the best place to go for people on a budget or college students, or anyone who is looking for unique items that are last chance before donation or trash. I got awesome Valentines sets for fifty cents, cards for all occasions are also fifty cents. There’s food, holiday stuff, needs, and wants. I go here often and enjoy myself every time. You also can bring in five dollars and come out with a bag full of treasures! Who doesn’t live that?
