The proprietor; Alan, warmly greeted us coming in and going out of this establishment. My friend and I went here on the 17th because they serve corn beef and cabbage dinners every 17th of the month. It also happened to be Terrific Tuesday. That is when Brits offers a three course dinner for only $ 14. They start by giving you a dish of homemade potato chips on the table. We chose soup over salad and the bowl was enormous and delicious. We both had soup left to take home. We chose appetizer over dessert. I took my chicken tenders home. There were eight pieces with dipping sauce. My friend had the seafood blend of cod and salmon with crackers. We shared that and there still was enough to go home. Allen said it would be quite good and he was right on spot. That appetizer would’ve been $ 6.99 alone! The corn beef and cabbage which would have been $ 11.99 was offered on the $ 14 menu. Again we both took some of the main course home. Tuesday is $ 3 Margarita day and they were quite tasty. Actually, the only thing that was missing from the whole meal was French onion dip for those homemade chips BUT then we would have had even more to take home by filling up on those chips! I have to mention that Amy was our wait staff and she was sweet and very attentive to our needs… With all that boxing up of leftovers! Highly Recommend this place with their everyday specials!

This is the ultimate in a British eating experience. Best Shepard’s pie I ever had & hubby had the pasties. He was also very happy. For dessert, we had. very light trifle which was excellent. The inside of this pub transfixes you to England. Loved the pictures of Prince William & his children. For a brief period, I was in the British Isles. Loved this pub & will go again

We went to Brits this evening and we were treated like family, the hospitality was unbelievable. There were five of us, we all had different entres and they were all delicious. It is authenic British food. On top of that they had a performer playing classic rockn’roll music. If you are in Hudson or close by, we totally recommend Brits.

Right proper fish and chips, crust the way it aught to be done. Good value for the plate($ 12), served with peas. My only gripe was that the plate was too small for all the food, and I had to be strategic about the making some room before I could really go to town on it.

Wonderful place never been there till tonight. Food and service was great. Tonight they had live entertainment, that was very good. Will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu.

I had no clue places like this even existed in Pasco… Sure, I’ve seen small British pubs, but this is a decent-sized restaurant. It’s in a pretty bland shopping center, so I wasn’t really expecting much… but then I had some scotch eggs, chicken curry, and washed it all down with some hard apple cider. I left with a full and happy tummy. The service was wonderful. I have no clue why the rating wasn’t better on Unilocal,so I’m helping to change that…

Good food. ½ price appetizers so we were able to try lots of dishes. We were thirsty from fishing all day and only wanted water. Unfortunately they only serve logo bottled Water. Lots of fried food but also British, Irish and Scott menus items.

Had takeout tonight and ordered fish and chips and char grilled salmon, and crab cakes. The salmon was very bland and over cooked. I was very disappointed! The fish and chips were ok. The chips were your typical steak fries with absolutely no seasoning. Fish was ok though if you were wanting fish and chips. Crab cakes, again, no seasoning on anything. Over priced. Overall just so so, probably wouldn’t be a first choice.

Originally we went there to sing karaōke. Eventually I began to do the karaōke on a new evening. When we first starting going to Brit’s it was a friendly atmosphere and the staff was quick to take your order. However, it seems the staff, once they get to know you, will pay more attention to the new customers walking in the door than the existing customers.; especially if you are a hired service as I was. there were times my son and I would go in there to eat BEFORE5PM and try to get a waitress to take our orders. But they ignored us till AFTER5pm. WHY? Because they offer ½ price appetizers from 2 – 5 and 8-closing. By making us wait they got to charge full price. And to be honest with you, unless you are into greasy fried foods, and often stale«chips» their food is NOTHING to write home about. The only meal I found good was the roast beef special. But often my meal came either slightly warm or even cold. And to ask the staff to correct this was like pulling teeth. And while we are reviewing this place let me also add something about their business tactics. I was doing karaōke there for quite awhile. I was told one evening, not by the owner in person but but a letter handed to me, that they no longer wanted to do karaōke on my night because there wasn’t enough business. Despite advertising a karaōke contest that was running on two nights, including the one I was doing, they were going to stop karaōke. At least that is what the letter implied. I found out the next day that they hired some one else, a guy known for heavy drinking, so they could bring in new faces and MORE money. The owner, Allan, told me in person that he felt the karaōke people were a «a bunch of cheap skates». Well, maybe if they offered less deep friend unhealthy food and actually served the customers with a smile it might have helped. While it may sound like sour grapes because I was replaced for karaōke, my food and service comments are shared by quite a few customers which is why they aren’t making as much money as they used to. And as far as my letter from the owner goes. if he was a real British gentleman he would have told me in person rather than hide behind a letter of lies. I see them failing soon if they don’t change their attitudes towards people that do their entertainment as well as their attitude and service quality for their customers.

I had a pretty good experience here at Brits. The food and beer was pretty good. The service was very friendly. I ordered baked Grouper and my wife ordered the Haddock fish and chips which is getting more difficult to find. You get kettle chips while you are waiting for your food, however one of my only complaints was that we didn’t get offered more after we scarfed those down. We will probably be eating here one more time before we leave here.

Wow… service was excessively slow. Took VERY long just to get drinks… then took forever to get waited on. Not to mention… the Stoli… didn’t taste like Stoli for some reason. Is there an agency that checks bars for this?

Been here several times including New Year’s Eve in the last two years. Enjoy the food and the ambiance. Never had nor heard a complaint from my dining partners about the quality of the food. Alan, the owner and host, is most personable, as are the servers. Alan goes out of his way to ensure his patrons are having a good time and that everything is to your liking. Feels a bit like you are in Britain. Must like it. We keep going back.

Fabulous local British style Pub, run by Brits who know how to cook great food. Love the Fish n Chips and all the British style food on the menu. Great selection of Ales and Imports, plus full cocktail bar. Great happy hour(food AND drink) prices! Allan and Maizie, the owners are always there. Alan meets everyone at the door and is always available for a chat and bends over backwards to make sure you are taken care of and are having a great experience. Has a warm welcoming atmosphere, whether you are there by yourself for a quick beer or a cocktail… or with a group of 10 family and friends. It seems that everyone that goes there has something good to say about it…, with friendly and professional servers and bartenders. If you have not been there yet make sure you try it out on your next night out… this place is already one of my favourite places to go… Looking forward to going back there again.

The atmosphere was very nice. The food was authentic British pub food made by real Brits. The service was a bit slower than I am use to, but it was worth the wait. I had chips and a banger sandwich which was quite tasty, however I do not recommend the scotch egg. It was quite an unpleasant experience for my American taste buds. I don’t normally write about restrooms experiences unless they are dirty, but the Princess Diana décor in the restroom is a must see if you love her as much as I do.

The place has a very nice atmosphere. I’m not an expert on English food or pubs, I can say that for me it was a pleasant experience. The servers were very attentive, the tables and place clean, the drinks menu plentiful(had a Hennessy cocktail, mmm good) The Fish and Chips were excellent, Potato and leek soup was very tasty. All in all I will surely return to try other dishes.

One of the very few good restaurants in this county. I had the shepherd’s pie and it was very nice, certainly for what it was. My wife had the crab cakes, which was excellent. The house potato chips are very good, and so is the coleslaw. The crab cakes were seasoned and cooked just right. The place is clean, relatively quiet and the chairs and tables very comfortable. The décor is nice, and you don’t feel like you are in a franchise restaurant or one of the usual strip-mall dumps in the area. The owner Allan was there, and he is very friendly and accommodating. The servers are excellent, attentive but do not pester you like so many other restaurants. It is also a pub, so people can sit at the bar and drink, too. I really can only think of the positive things, I can’t think of any negative.

Four of us had lunch at Brits on 9−18−13. They have been open for about a month according to the server. We ordered two fish & Chips dinners, one Fish Reuban, and one Charbroiled Cheese Burger. Everyone thought their order was very good and would order it again. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The server checked back with us several times and kept our Tea and Coke filled throughout our lunch. They also have a full bar with daily drink specials available. The«Chippies» served at our table were great, you can’t stop at having just one! We found the British décor pleasing, clean, and well organized. The restrooms were very clean and maintained. We had a very good experience and can’t wait to go back !
