Don’t take whites here for the drop-off service, I should have learned my lesson the first time. But instead, I took another load of whites here. My nice Italian cotton T-shirt came back with pink stains splattered all over the back. I have no idea what they do to laundry in this place. The other time I left whites here the towels appeared to have been«distressed» when I got them back. The machines must be dirty and the staff must throw the wrong colors in with whites…

Worst ever!!! Ruined my wife’s designer dress and the owner lied to us, this is a very bad business and needs to be shut down

Terrible dry cleaner. Instead of fastening the ticket to a tag on the clothing, they punched a hole through the fabric using a plastic tie. In this manner, they ruined two beautiful cashmere sweaters of mine. I asked them not to do this again, but apparently it’s standard procedure here. So I started using another cleaner in Valatie. We went back a year later b/c our washing machine died & I needed to drop off sheets & towels for laundering & didn’t have time for a 1 hour round trip elsewhere. When I returned the next day, I was informed that my laundry basket«lost itself». I said«you mean it was stolen, right?» They didn’t want to pay for it, but fortunately my husband is an attorney. He got them to honor the cost of a new laundry basket with a credit against the next load of sheets and towels. After that we never went back; it’s worth it to drive to Valatie or Saugerties to get your dry-cleaning done. I assume they get away with such terrible service b/c there is no competition in the immediate area.

Quite simply, this is the worst dry cleaner’s I have used in my entire life. First, it’s a bit creepy when you enter because there is no staff around. I waited a few minutes at an unmanned front counter until someone finally showed up. The first time I went, I dropped off half a dozen pairs of dress slacks and they came back not particularly well pressed. But, this is the only dry cleaners in the area, so I had no choice but to use them a second time for a tuxedo shirt. I picked it up shortly before we had to attend a black tie(so, too late to do anything about it). I was shocked to get back a shirt that was piled with starch, super stiff — and completely wrinkled. The cuffs of the sleeves were the worst! It just looked like someone had scrunched the sleeve in a ball and applied an iron to it. It was a disgrace. Never again.
