Horrible experience, this florist sent the opposite of what I ordered through FTD and when asked to fix it still sent a thrown in a vase that was not even close to the vase ordered poor group and colors of crappy flowers. Third time sent back and only to get a sense of this woman’s inability to correctly give the customer what they ordered through FTD much less make it look professional and not done by a 3 year old. We ordered one price level her first arrangement was downgraded to the cheaper ones per what the owner stated, second arrangement downgraded again and broken vase. Third arrangement downgraded again. So we paid X amount to get a lower grade arrangement. All admitted by the owner to an FTD rep. I do not recommend this florist you will get less than you paid for and a poorly arranged flower arrangement. Buyer beware if ordering through ftd in this area ask them NOT to use this florist

Karen decided to cancel this order through FTD, hangs up on my sister after calling me rude. WHO WOULDNT BE RUDE SHE HAS ONE JOB!!! SHE HAD THREE CHANCES TO DO THIS RIGHT!!!
