Granite State Glass

I did business with this place over ten years ago and was happy with their work and prices. I recently used them again when I needed a custom window for my home. They quoted me a price that was competitive with the big box stores (I did some shopping after they quoted me a price). That’s a decent deal because they do the installation too.
The guy that did the measuring was also the one that installed the window. You never know what you’re going to get when these guys show up at your house. Images of the Three Stooges come to mind; thankfully the guy they sent was nothing short of an expert. He showed up at ten and left a bit after three and worked all the time he was here. The icing on the cake is that he did an amazing job.

The glass on my bay window got cloudy from the seal failing. I quoted a new window and was sickened by the cost. I quoted out companies to replace the glass. With the exception of one company all pricing was within $ 20 of each other. I chose granite state glass because they were in my same town. I’m so glad I did. First I spoke with Annette, the office scheduler. She did everything in her power to accommodate an install before the holiday weekend. She was extremely helpful and truly worked with me. Kudos to her for exceptional customer service. The installers arrived approx 1.5 hours BEFORE their scheduled time. (Impressive). They were amazing. Very nice and courteous. They worked professionally, and neatly, cleaning up every bit of scrap. They even took their trash back to the truck. They also replaced the wood moldings with expertise. After the install, the glass was cleaned inside and out, By far, the nicest, most professional company I have worked with. I highly recommend Granite State Glass for all your glass needs. Not just windshields. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done.

The windshield on my 2011 Nissan Frontier pick up truck needed to be replaced. Granite State Glass was my first choice for the new windshield. The folks in the Hudson office were polite and easy to deal with in setting the appointment to have them do the work at my home. They took care of the details with my insurance company. I injured my ankle four weeks ago and I am on crutches. Having the service technician do the work in my parking lot was fantastic. Technician arrived at my home this morning and expertly replaced the windshield. I have no complaints.
Granite State Glass will always be my premier choice for any glass needs.

Granite State Glass was very easy to work with. I called them out of the blue after doing a Unilocal search, and a real person answered the phone, took down my info, worked with my insurance and was completely hassle free.
They came to my house and replaced the glass while I was at work and I did not even see them and it looks great.
Easy to work with and again completely hassle free and good customer service skills.
