The views are beautiful and the sunsets wonderful. There are some very nice people here. But it’s very poorly maintained and you have to deal with hassles like the occasional maniacal gate attendants(several of whom have retired or been fired thank goodness) but there is still senile and deaf Walt. He likes to play enforcer but doesn’t even curb his own dog. Yes I’ve seen you! I like to be treated with respect and in a friendly manner where I live. I follow the rulea and try to get along. But this place has an aura of dispute. They fought over the two pools and litigated. The gate attendants harass your guests. The elevators are often non functional. The pool is out of commission for days, weeks, and even months. It’s ridiculous. The facilities aren’t well taken care of and are dated. It’s a Hudson type operation. I’m very happy to be moving elsewhere soon. I would be wary to rent or buy here if you want quality. But sometimes life is what you make it. So despite all the silly frustrations I’ve definitely enjoyed the views, the birds, the manatees,.the dolphins, the times when the pool was open, the sunsets,.the nature trail, the shoreline and Gulf,.the doves, osprey(though it’s messy), all the many other birds migratory and otherwise. and the friends I’ve made.
