Truth be told, I was here for about 5 minutes on a –1 day, but it was still very pretty! I couldn’t believe there was open water and we ended seeing an eagle and also lots of geese! Such a pleasant surprise for a bitterly cold day. This place has a nice beach and I can’t wait to visit again when it’s a bit warmer!

Hudson Wisconsin has maintained the charm of a river town while bringing modern and up-to-date options. It is not unusual to stroll down by the river any weekend when the weather is decent and hear live music and see some type of celebration, festival, art show, car show, or carnival going on. It is big enough that you can be right up in the action or get away for a little quietness if you choose. The walk is paved and you will find an abundance of grass and trees. Just steps away from the thriving town with a variety of sandwich shops, bars, fine dining and boutiques.
