Scott traveled a bit of a distance to our family cabin to tune a piano that has not been tuned for close to 20 years. He arrived on the day/​time we had easily coordinated over email. He had explained the process and expected charges in his email, and did so again throughout the process of tuning the piano. He is very knowledgeable about tuning pianos, and got the piano back in working order. Several keys were sticking prior to his tuning and he was able to fix them. He is also very personable, making the whole process an overall good experience. I would highly recommend him.
